& pleased to announce that Bartram &
Brakenhoff now has a In-house Crew Placement
Division headed by Kaisa Pace. This will be
in addition to Kaisa running the Florida Charter
Division.
Kaisa says: “While Bartram &
Brakenhoff has always lent a hand in crew
placement over the years, we are now focusing
more energy on providing a more “profound”
professional crew service to our clientele
and crew alike”.
Bartram & Brakenhoff’s new Crew
Placement Division will be based out of
our Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. This
new service will be offered as a “No
Fee/Courtesy” service, which will
include the following:
- Interviewing & qualifying crew
candidates.
- Appropriate screening.
- Reference checks.
- Crew contract assistance.
- Creating a crew database.
- Most importantly, matching the right
crew members with our clientele.
- Kaisa will be doing both phone &
in-person interviews “so no one
is out of reach”.
Besides Kaisa onboard experience, she has
spent several years working in Crew Placement,
placing professional and entry level crew
on yachts from 70’ to over 400’
feet. She enjoys working with crew and owners
alike to make the best matches, not to mention,
both crew & owners enjoy working with
Kaisa.
